Telegram uses third-party payment processors and authorized resellers to facilitate secure and effortless purchases of Telegram Premium and Telegram Stars.
These may be acquired via in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in which case the transaction is processed and billed by the respective platform provider in accordance with its terms and conditions. For card-based purchases outside app stores, the seller and merchant of record may be an authorized reseller acting in its own name under license from Telegram, which may include:
- Smart Glocal Services Limited (Hong Kong) – Room B2, Unit C, 1/F, Freder Centre, 68 Sung Wong Toi Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, acting as an authorized reseller under license from Telegram; purchase transactions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong;
- Smart Glocal Limited (United Kingdom) – Office 429, Avon House, Avonmore Road, London, England, W14 8TS, acting as authorized reseller under license from Telegram; purchase transactions are governed by English law;
- Smart Glocal Services Inc. (United States) – 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, USA, acting as an authorized reseller under license from Telegram; purchase transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Telegram is not a party to transactions between you and the above entities.
